No Secret Courts Campaign Reinitiated

November 6th represents the continuation of business as usual, or finally some indication that things are going to finally change.  That day is election day.

Many people are not aware of the retention votes on the back of their ballots where you choose whether to keep or dismiss the judges currently serving.   Usually this is not that big of a deal, however, since the event on April 15th, 2010, when Chief Judge of the 7th Judicial District Court of Iowa, Bobbi M. Alpers issued an Administrative Order banning all recording devices, we have sent the Constitutional violations to our State legislatures with no success or even reply.

It is time for the people to take action and remove Bobbie M. Alpers this November by voting NO on the ballot to retain her services and send a message that we will not tolerate abuses of our rights within this State, no matter who you are.

We have recently launched a facebook page at  http://www.facebook.com/NoSecretCourts

Please visit and like our new page.   We will be working on creating a new campaign to ask voters to vote no against Bobbie M. Alpers this election cycle.   I hope you can join us in our campaign to put an end to judicial misconduct.

For Liberty,

Michael D. Elliott
Iowan For Accountability Chairman
